How to use a free tax consultation in Vaughan
2026-04-13 · 4 min read · Tax Everyday, Vaughan
A free consult is useful when you arrive with facts. It is a waste when it is a vague tour of “what a tax specialist does.” Ten or fifteen minutes is enough to tell us whether you need a $90 T1, a self-employed return, a corporate package, or an incorporation.
Bring three things
Book on our Square calendar, call (905) 499-2964, or send the question through the contact form. The office is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days. If you already know you want the return prepared, skip the consult and start the personal tax form.
- The question. “Should I incorporate this year?” or “I have not filed since 2022” is a question. “Tell me about taxes” is not.
- Last year’s Notice of Assessment, or the fact you cannot find one.
- A rough income picture: T4 wages, business deposits, or corporate profit. A rounded number is fine.
